Now that I’ve added an iMac M1 to my test lab, I can test iOS apps on it. This is because it’s using Apple silicon and can run iOS and/or iPadOS apps, that are either available via the App Store or in the case of apps at the test stage, if they’re in TestFlight and have been set to run on MacOS.

There are a few UI and UX differences to take into account between the touch interface on iPhones and iPads, plus the difference in screen size, but now there’s no reason not to also test iOS apps on iMac M1.
