Project Description

Project – Drum Content Agency – Client Website Testing

I have now done a couple of website testing projects for Drum content agency, the most recent being in March 2017, when I tested the new version of their own website. This including testing across the main desktop browsers – Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, IE11 – and on a variety of mobile devices – iOS & Android smartphones and tablets. Issues were reported in my own JIRA issue tracker.

Back in July 2015, I also tested one of Drum’s client websites. This required Functional Testing, End-to-End Testing, Cross-Browser Testing and Mobile Device Testing of the website.

The Cross-Browser testing was across the main browsers at the time – IE11, Chrome, Firefox and Safari – and Mobile Device Testing was across a mix of iOS and Android mobile devices.

A Test Summary Report was provided at the end of testing, to report back the issues found, which were also recorded in my own JIRA. I also performed some retesting once the issues found had been fixed.

Testing Project Summary

Client requirement: An experienced website tester to provide a professional testing service, on a project basis.

Outcome: Testing across a range of browsers and mobile devices enables issues to be found, which the developers can then fix, before the project reaches the next stage.
